"The location was excellent, about a 3-4 minute walk to the RER, the shopping centre and Disneyland Europe. We had everything we needed and the property was well stocked with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo etc.), the fridge was well stocked with coke and water and we had all the facilities we needed our disposal for cooking, washer dryer, dish washer. Once we got the key it was great we could use the same key fob to get access into the property through the three entrance doors and not having to the access codes. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful and there was a lift, which is a godsend if you have heavy luggage and baby and buggy."

"The communications could have been a bit better, and it took time to get a response to questions I asked the management company. We struggled initially getting access to the building."

"Incredible location- 1 minute from the Val D’Europe RER station. Very secure block. 5 mins from shopping centre and hyper market. Travel time to Disneyland Paris about 2 minutes. Well equipped flat with water and cola in fridge! 🙏 Likewise bathroom supplied with shower gel etc and plenty of towels. Good central heating."

"1. As mentioned in a previous review, getting in is pretty stressful. I was sent code for the gate, code for the front door (1st on right after the gate) and was told I would get an email on Saturday with the key box code. This was displayed in the previous email as what I assumed was a “blank” code . No email on Saturday and panic was setting in and resulted in frantic emails asking for the code only to be told it was what had already been sent. If it had been made clear that I already had all the required info it would have been much less stressful, and I would not have worried about not getting an email on Saturday which never arrived. 2. As previously mentioned in another review, although flat is very well equipped, there were absolutely no instructions for anything, so never used the TV ( 3 remotes???), the washing machine or dishwasher. Please supply a few dishwasher tablets as otherwise every guest has to buy some . 3. The mattresses were one level above “brick “ on a firmness scale. Was crippled by back pain by day 2. Please consider mattress toppers. 4. No overhead lights in bedrooms meant ridiculously low light levels- had to pack by iPhone torch . Why?? Just Why? There’s a wall switch but it just operates the bedside light. 5. Not a flat fault but beware French timed lights in the corridors and hallways- can be disconcerting for British visitors. Also be aware that the concrete construction amplifies every, and I mean EVERY noise you make to the rest of the block…."

"Keys were in the box on arrival so no waiting around (once I figured out how to fill in the form they emailed me (link that goes outside of booking.com to hosting managers website). The host was very responsive on the day when I was confused with this. The apartment was clean and as described/in pictures. LOVED that it was easier to get RER train for 2 minutes than drive - it was faster than staying at most hotels on site! LOVED that it was so close to Val d'Europ - we used the pharmacy and had a bite to eat on one of the days. Very nice EXTRA - water & cola was left in the fridge for us"

"Offer the code to the box/clearer instructions to receive this earlier - it was stressful worrying about it while I was actually already en-route travelling there. No booklet/clear instructions on localities and departure information (such as where to leave rubbish). Wish they accepted dogs, then my whole family could come here."

"The property has a problem with stuck water smell. The owners know because there are a lot of neutralisers through the flat. This is something that could be fixed, but didn't make our trip any less fun!"
